- Deductive: Encountering language before learning grammar, learning words from context
- Prioritising speaking & pronunciation (unless you have a different preference)
- Positive & constructive feedback: You learn a lot in every lesson (even if you are already advanced)
- Clear explanations and a variety of synonyms in German or precise translations into English if preferred

I have taken lessons with Elisabeth since August of 2022. Eli's guidance has drastically improved my pronunciation and grammar. Staff at a hotel in Europe even noticed how I am careful to use correct grammar during conversations. It is nice to see the progress I have made with Eli's help!!!

As always, Elisabeth’s teaching and lesson was exceptional. She is very perceptive and versatile, always tailoring her teaching to the student and the situation at the moment. She is the kind of dedicated teacher one encounters only once or twice in a lifetime.
