Hi! I'm Méloée, I am 25 and I've been teaching French since 2015. I lived for 7 years in Argentina and I live now in France, my home country, so I can teach you in French, English or Spanish.

I teach to all levels and ages. Conversation classes, to prepare a trip, an exam, to learn from zero, to practice grammar... we'll see together what are your goals and preferences and I'll tailor my lessons to you. 

In my experience the quickest and best way to progress is speaking and practicing a lot, so I always try to include a lot of practice in my lessons. 

For example, a class may start with a text or video (more or less difficult depending on your level) to practice comprehension, then I'll ask you some specific questions about the document to see if you understood well and see the new vocabulary. Then I'll ask more generic questions around the theme of the video/text, so you talk about your opinion on the subject, related experiences... This way, you'll speak a lot and it allows me to identify easily if you may need some theoretical exercises on specific points.

I will always build my classes depending on your needs. If you are confortable using specifics learning methods or material, let me know and we will plan something together.

Hi all! My name is Miriam, I speak four languages and I have been teaching French online for 3 years. My mother tongue is Arabic and I started learning French since I was 3 years old. I started learning English in elementary school and had Spanish classes for two years at university. I also speak Italian as I currently live in Italy.

I've been teaching online since 2016, having in the previous 15 years worked with young people, adults and foreigners of all levels.

I was born and raised in a suburb of Paris before starting to travel at the age of 20. I moved to Thailand five and a half years ago and haven't left since! I have been teaching English and French for over 5 years now. I love traveling, riding motorcycles, baking, reading, working out, and upcycling clothes. I am fluent in English, I can speak Thai and I recently started learning reading and writing in Thai.

In my lessons, the course material I provide is a Google Slide I create and design myself depending on your level and needs. I include worksheets, textbook pages, news articles, and I also send links for audio and video files and more. Once I share the link of the Google Slide, it is accessible to you anytime you want to review the notes and do the homework and you are able to edit the document or add text or documents, etc.

I love learning languages and I understand the challenges that can arise when doing so. I believe the keys are to enjoy the process, have fun and be consistent.

Hello, my name is Marvin, I am French but I live in Galicia, west of Spain. I have been an online teacher for three years now during which I have given more than 1600 lessons. Also, I am currently finishing my master's degree in didactics to teach French. And before that, I graduated from the Alliance Française to be certified as a professional teacher.

During my lessons, I know how to be flexible to adapt to your needs and your personality. If you want conversation classes, we can discuss freely or prepare the session through an article or any other authentic document and I will bring you the necessary corrections over the course of the exchange. If you are looking to improve a particular language point, my goal will be to expose you to it and help you determine how it works. I adapt the class in fonction of levels and needs. For example, if you have just started French, we will see together the basics of the language, the pronunciation... In the same way, if your level is very good and you only want to discuss and be corrected, it's possible too :) At the end of the course, i send you a document which retraces it. Bonjour ! Bienvenue sur mon profil. Pourquoi souhaites-tu apprendre le français ? Peut-être pour voyager ou pour ton travail ? Mon but est de t'aider à atteindre tes objectifs dans cette langue. J'adapte mes classes selon les niveaux et besoins. Par exemple, si tu viens juste de commençer à apprendre le Français, nous verrons ensemble les bases de la langue, la prononciation... Ou si tu as besoin de parler français dans une situation précise, nous ferons ensemble des exercices ludiques... De la même manière, si tu as un très bon niveau en français et que tu souhaites simplement discuter et être corrigé, c'est possible aussi :) A la fin du cours, je t'envoie un document retraçant celui-ci. J'ai hâte que l'on commence !

It is always a pleasure to be able to have a fluent conversation (or a heated debate) with students who sometimes started as total beginners and to see them acing their exams.

As for the method, I use trusted manuals and activity books because I believe in structure, but also material that suits your interests and tastes - from literature to popular songs, news to scientific articles, series, and movies (subtitled or not), online resources and grammar exercises. Resources are shared on a Slack group where lessons are summarized, and tasks listed. I can also tailor-make lessons for a specific objective like a job interview or a power point presentation.

Teaching French has been my main activity for several years both privately and at the Alliance Française. I am outgoing and chatty, but homework is not optional (at least if you want to improve fast!).
