Acquiring a language is a very interesting process and a lot of people love to learn about culture or history. I like to introduce these subjects to my students for better assimilation of the language.
A learning environment should be calm but lessons should be fun and interesting, and that is how I like to teach my students.
My name is Suse. I'm from Portugal and I'm currently living in France. I taught Portuguese at a Chinese university for 3 years before returning to Europe. Since then, I teach European-Portuguese online.

Suse is a wonderful tutor. She keeps me on track and focused on my goal, which is to pass the CIPLE and DEPLE. Her teaching approach works on all aspects of learning a new language: listening, reading, writing and speaking, and of course comprehension of it all! She is both your number one cheerleader and also a strict instructor that makes sure you keep up. I feel that with her guidance and support I am advancing my knowledge and ability each lesson and it is fun!

Suse is highly professional teacher. I couldn’t wish for a better teacher. Lessons are so effective, you basically feel the progress after each lesson. Even though it is not so easy to learn a new language, especially for a total beginner, I was and am looking forward for each lesson, as Suse manages to make it fulfilling and enjoyable at the same time. Thank you very much dear teacher. I highly recommend you to anyone who wishes to learn Portuguese in an effective and enjoyable way.
