Hallo! I'm Pauline, and I would love to help you improve your Dutch. In my classes, the focus will be on conversation and interactive teaching. We will discuss what your needs and goals are, and adapt the classes so that they are perfect for you! This is what a typical class can include:

• I will offer you some useful grammatical tools which you can build on. We will practice these through conversation to make sure you completely understand each concept and are comfortable using it.
• We will have conversations tailored to your level about something that sparks your interest. Although it might seem scary, talking in Dutch regularly is how you will improve the fastest!
• We make use of articles, lyrics, and other multimedia to explore not only the language but also the culture.
• I will direct you to some resources/suggest some small tasks so that you can keep practicing outside of my classes as well. This is of course not mandatory.
• We keep track of your progress and evaluate regularly if the classes fit your needs and whether it is going in the direction YOU want it to go.

I'm a Belgian girl, and I love playing the violin, reading, decorating, going to museums & concerts and much more! I'm very interested in languages and cultures, so this is why I want to share mine with you. I taught myself Spanish, which gave me a lot of insight about what is helpful when learning a language.
