Bonjour, my name is Adele, and I am a native French speaker.
About me :
I was born and raised in a suburb of Paris before starting to travel at the age of 20. I moved to Thailand five and a half years ago and haven't left since! I have been teaching English and French for over 5 years now. I love traveling, riding motorcycles, baking, reading, working out, and upcycling clothes. I am fluent in English, I can speak Thai and I recently started learning reading and writing in Thai.
Me as a teacher :
I am patient and dedicated to my student’s improvements. I follow your objectives and adapt to your needs. I can teach grammar or vocabulary, we can work on your conversation skills, your pronunciation or improve your listening skills, choose what suits you best ! I give you the tools that you can use outside of the classroom.
In my lessons, the course material I provide is a Google Slide I create and design myself depending on your level and needs. I include worksheets, textbook pages, news articles, and I also send links for audio and video files and more. Once I share the link of the Google Slide, it is accessible to you anytime you want to review the notes and do the homework and you are able to edit the document or add text or documents, etc.
I love learning languages and I understand the challenges that can arise when doing so. I believe the keys are to enjoy the process, have fun and be consistent.

Adele is a great teacher! I've had 6 or so lessons with her now, and I am very happy with how our tutoring is going. I was quite impressed in our first session when she came fully prepared with two Google Slides that included basic introductions and lessons for the day. I'm around the B1 Intermediate level, and Adele and I communicate primarily in French. Adele speaks clearly (and slowly enough for me!), and I rarely have difficulty understanding her. Adele is also incredibly patient as I often stumble over my words or search for the correct ones. Adele also does a great job tailoring the tutoring to your specific needs/wants. She's identified a few areas that I could use some more help in, and we've been hammering those since. And if there are areas in particular that you'd like to focus on, she's more than accommodating. Highly recommend! Stop searching for another tutor and book your trial session already! 😝

My husband and I have now been taking French lessons from Adele for 2 months and have benefited greatly from her teachings. The lessons she prepares are interesting, helpful and offer just the right amount of material and challenge that keep things interesting, but don't make you want to run for the hills. She has a keen sense of knowing what we need and because of her good listening skills, can quickly adjust the lesson to meet our needs in any given moment. We are grateful to have her as a teacher and look forward to many more lessons ahead.
