I am a patient and dedicated German tutor (check my reviews :) ) and I have worked with adults and children of all ages and German levels, so I have teaching material for every level and for exam preparation. Recently, I helped one of my students to pass the Goethe B2 exam. I started teaching languages 5 years ago and obtained a teaching certificate. I´ve been teaching German online for about 3 years. My mother tongues are German and Spanish, but I also speak English (C1 level) and a little bit of French.
Every student is unique, that´s why I prepare each lesson carefully, taking into account the needs, interests and learning goal of my students. The structure of the lesson also depends on the way of learning that works best for you. That´s what we are going to discuss in the trial lesson. You will also get an idea about how our lessons will be. And as I get to know more about your interests and hobbies, I can prepare lessons with topics that are interesting and practical for you.
We will practice reading, listening, writing and speaking. Therefore, we will use videos, worksheets, online exercises, dialogues or role-plays. We will practice everyday German and the vocabulary that you personally need. I will also guide you patiently through the grammar topics. If you want, I will give you homework after the lesson.

Stella is patient. When I speak in German, no matter how slowly, she waits and listen carefully what I am about to say. Stella also prepare an agenda for our class. There is no waste of time. She helped me with my writings and work on grammars with me.

Very professional tutor. Good structure to her lessons. Her minimum use of English during sessions is a positive as it ensures the student is pushed to learn the language (in a positive way).

Stella is a wonderful teacher that carefully tends to the needs of her students. The lesson time is never wasted by doing activities that can be done individually. Instead we spend a lot of time talking and being immersed in the German language even despite our very low language level (we are total beginners!). This really helps us progress much faster than what would have been possible during conventional classes. And most importantly, Stella is always open to feedback to adapt the classes according to the style and preferences of her students - so I can really recommend her :)
