Hi everyone!
My name is Stina and I am excited to be your new Swedish teacher! Teaching is truly my passion and I love connecting with people from all over the world and would love to help you improve your language and communication skills in Swedish. I have worked as a language teacher my whole adult life, both online and in high school settings, in Sweden as well as abroad.
I have a Masters degree in Italian linguistics from the University of Stockholm, and speak several languages fluently. My extensive personal experience with language learning, and my professional and educational background makes me highly qualified to help you improve and perfect your language skills in Swedish.
Whatever your reasons for learning Swedish, I can help you get to the next level. I focus mainly on intermediate and advanced students, and at this level we work mainly with oral and written communication proficiency, through discussions and exercises tailored to your specific situation and needs. My lessons are highly personalized, and I am sensitive to your specific learning style.
Some people find grammar boring, but trust me, it doesn't have to be! Knowledge of grammar will deepen your understanding of the structure of the language and perfect your spoken and written Swedish.
Please feel free to book a lesson with me if you want professional help on your journey towards command of the Swedish language! I hope to see you soon!

Stina has taught me Swedish to a point that I now understand written Swedish but still have trouble with spoken Swedish. But she is tackling my difficulties and results are beginning to show.

Stina was really informative, adjusted the pace and kept me on track with learning rather than letting me go off on a tangent, and ask about the struture of the language too much
