Enthusiastic native Dutch tutor helps you speak with confidence
Hoi! I'm Amarins originally from the Netherlands, but now living in Spain.
After helping my Australian boyfriend passing the Dutch 'inburgeringsexamen' and working as a coach in my previous job, teaching Dutch online was a logical step. Helping others improving their Dutch while working with different nationalities really brings me joy. Now I would like to help you!
My approach to teaching depends on you as a student and your goals . For my students who are just starting to learn Dutch I use an online program in which you can practice outside lessons as well. We also focus on speaking a lot so you can make connections with your friends, in-laws or neighbors. For my more experienced students, I adapt the lessons to your needs too. Whether it is preparing for an exam, wanting to master the different past tenses or needing more specific vocabulary for an internship, I am here to help you.
With my patience I encourage you to express yourself more confidently in Dutch while enjoying the process.

Love Amarins! She makes you feel at ease, which gives you the space to speak more. We do helpful exercises together, and after an hour it feels like we've covered so much that my brain is exhausted (in a good way).

Amarins is a great teacher! She is very competent, knowledgeable and patient, as well as providing me with a personalised learning environment. She is very kind and creates a positive atmosphere in each of her lessons. I can highly recommend her!
